the stay was absolutely exceptional. stayed for 1 night in this nice place, liked that. my room included a microwave oven, air conditioning, and an individual safe. the location of the hotel was central, so close to pubs and event venues as well as gladstone. found the entrance venue with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

Everything was good, lovely staff, magnificent location near to restaurants and shops as well as pubs. We spent 1 night in studio apartment with Netflix, good facilities, as example.

Our room was well-appointed and well-maintained, featuring great facilities, such as Netflix. the location is peaceful and unbeatable, conveniently close to the restaurants and shops that Gladstone has to offer, as well as the train station.

Check in and check out process was speedy and accurate. Room facilities were all clean and in working order.

This hotel does not offer restaurant or bar facilities, though there are some back to room arangements with a few businesses in the CBD area.

Geat location for an overnight stay, friendly and helpfull staff. Cafes etc 5 minutes away in the car

The location is really convenient and quiet, and it’s close to everything you need. the staff here are friendly and polite, which is a nice bonus. 😊.

I love balconys, hate to be enclosed in airconditioning.

The quiet, the ability to darken the room to sleep in after a late night. Private and anytime entry and exit.

It was everthing I required. A true double bed would have been nice instead of twins brought together but its a very small gripe.

This place is in a fantastic location for our visit to the Entrance Heritage Walk, just a short walk away. It's also close to shops, restaurants, and the train station, which made it very convenient. 😊.

I think they are way over priced. The front desk was not accomidating to our needs. The bed was of very poor quality for the price they charge. I would sleep in my car before I would ever stay there again.

This hotel is really conveniently located, just half a kilometer from the airport. the staff are super friendly and approachable. Plus, they offer a laundry room and ironing services for free, which is a nice bonus! 😊.

Everything else but the beds, and could do with a continental breakfast.

My only complaint was that both rooms that I have stayed in considering how new the hotel is have very poor quality beds. They have are ready slumped

The spacious 3 bedroom apartment was a lifesaver for my large family! It was like finding an oasis in the desert - a haven of comfort and convenience. the fully equipped kitchen felt like a chef's dream, and the living area was a realm of relaxation and joy, just like a cozy den in a fairy tale castle.
